Acai berry has now become one of the most talked natural life enhancement fruit in the current days. Some have even claimed it as the fruits of God or wonder food. This purple berries are originated from the Amazon Forest in Brazil and have been well-sought after by companies and individuals. The question is, does it really works?

Some frequent Acai berry direct fruit consumers have been claiming that there is no way that pills and capsules of Acai berry can match the effectiveness of an Acai berry. However, scientifically, pills and capsules are considered more effective as they do not contain sugar as fruits do have glucose (sugars) that came with them. Sugars actually are one of the factors that will increase your body weight.
However, here are some tips for you to ensure that you enjoy the maximum effects from the fruits:
1. Avoid sugars! Reduce your donuts, candies and soda drinks intakes. Anything that you think is too sweet should be avoided.
2. Don’t starve yourself. But that doesn’t mean you should eat 6 plates in a single meal! Make sure you eat at an optimum level and do not “overfeed” yourself. Skipping meals is also bad idea.
